Installation: The FM138 is an easy DIY (Do It Yourself) installation. It should be placed next to your driveway, 3-50 feet away from the gate, and works with both single and dual gates.
Cable Length: It comes with a 50-foot cable, which should be trenched and burried no more than 12 inches deep
Magnetic Field Detection: The sensor’s 12-foot magnetic field detects vehicles (such as cars, trucks, ATVs, and motorcycles) as they cross through the field. As the vehicle exits, the gate will automatically open.
