General Shipping Information

Coastal Farm & Ranch is committed to processing every order in a timely manner. The estimated processing time for collecting the items from an online order for pickup is 3 business hours, and the shipping preparation and processing time average is 1 business day.

Free shipping is valid on orders over $99 on most items that ship within the contiguous United States. Items excluded from free shipping include:

Liquids
Chemicals
Feed
Paint
Items that are oversized in one or more dimensions or overweight

Shipping costs are determined by an item's size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. We will show an estimated shipping cost in your final shopping cart. If you select an alternative shipping method, an APO/FPO address or an address outside the continental United States, your actual shipping may be higher.

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive 2-7 days after the order is received, you can view the estimated transit map below for your specific location.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. Free ground shipping carriers are selected at our discretion, we do not offer free shipping to a PO box.

Tracking information will be e-mailed to you and may also be found on your order history on your “My Account” page.

We offer ground and expedited shipping only to the contiguous “lower 47” (California excluded due to Proposition 65) United States at this time.
